Session Management

Location: Top-right header (clock icon + remaining time) Permission: All logged-in users.

KIOPS has time-limited login sessions for security. You can check remaining time and extend your session through the session timer in the header.

Session Timer​

The right side of the header shows information about your current login session. The exact appearance may vary by environment, but generally provides:

  • Remaining time: Shows the time remaining until session expiry.
  • Warning display: The timer changes to a highlight color when expiry is imminent.
  • Extend button: Click the refresh / extend icon next to the timer to renew the session.

How to Extend Session​

  1. Locate the session timer area on the right side of the header.
  2. Click the refresh / extend button next to the timer.
  3. The session is renewed and the timer resets.
Automatic Behavior
  • While you are actively using the platform, the session may be extended automatically.
  • When the session expires, you are automatically logged out and redirected to the login page.

Logout​

To manually end your session:

  1. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Click Logout
  3. You will be redirected to the login page
